East Ridge is an affiliate of SantaFe HealthCare, Inc. ("SantaFe"). SantaFe is a not-for-profit, diversified health care services organization based in Gainesville, Florida. As an affiliate, SantaFe has the power and authority to elect the Board of Directors of East Ridge. SantaFe will also make available to East Ridge its expertise, relationships, information and resources to enable East Ridge to better serve the residents and prospective residents. Neither East Ridge nor SantaFe has any stock or membership interest or any other form of ownership in the other.
